Haul Your Low Clearance Cars
All of the car trailers in our fleet feature a dovetail. The dovetail is generally about 4′ long and offers a decline at the rear of the trailer. The rear most part of the dovetail, which is the lowest point of the bed, is generally about 5″ lower than the rest of the bed height. To lower the bed even further, the trailer can be disconnected from the towing vehicle so that the front jack can be raised. The rear support jacks can then be utilized to support the weight of the vehicle being loaded. This is especially important for low profile vehicles that have very little clearance.
